Only what you type into a form: your name, email address and phone number, and, depending on the form, your message, the address and features of a property to evaluate, or your first name for market updates.

The site has no user accounts, no advertising or analytics trackers and no tracking cookies. Your browser stores your language choice (EN/FR) locally; it is never sent to us.

To answer your request, prepare the home evaluation you asked for, or send the market updates you subscribed to. Your information is never sold and is not used for any other purpose without your consent.

Form submissions are stored with Supabase on servers in Canada (Montréal region). Paul is notified of each request by email through Resend (United States). The site is served by Netlify and its fonts by Google Fonts, which receive your IP address as part of delivering the page.

For as long as needed to handle your request and to meet the record-keeping obligations of a real estate broker in Québec, then it is deleted. Market-update subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw your consent, or have your information deleted, by writing to pauldesjardins@royallepage.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
